The banned plugin isnt in the plugin hub, that one would mark/unmark tiles automatically showing you where to stand and what to pray. basically the same effect as any website rotation chart. That plugin brings up a rotation chart on the right side of your client. They're awesome plugins, and completely free. If you are talking about the one in runelites plugin hub, then yes it is allowed.
