Added Aghanim's Shard upgrade for Magnus:.Notes: An enemy may only be hit by one of the shockwaves upon traveling outwards, and once again upon returning. After reaching max distance, the shockwaves return, dealing 75% damage and pulling enemies towards the returning point. New: Causes Shockwave to release 3 waves, one going centered and the other 2 at 30° angles towards the left and right.
Old: Reduces Skewer cooldown from 26/24/22/20 to 6, cast time from 0.3 to 0.15 and mana cost from 80 to 40.Rescaled Empower duration from 38/42/46/50 to 40 on each level.
